How will the information be protected?
All personal health information, including Nutrigenomix test results, is protected by the healthcare professional or
clinic providing the test. Each sample is anonymized using a barcode and this is entered into a password
protected online system. Nutrigenomix uses a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol to encrypt information that is
transmitted over the Internet. This technology uses 256-bit encryption, which ensures that confidential
information and transactions cannot be viewed, intercepted or altered. Nutrigenomix will never reveal client
information or genetic data to a third party except as required to provide the services requested, or as required
by law.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. All Nutrigenomix tests and services are non-refundable.

I can’t thank Julina enough for encouraging me to get my son DNA-tested. He has itchy skin and we never suspected it could be due to lactose intolerance. After he cut back on his dairy intake, he itches so much less.
Julina also went through the test results with me to recognise what vitamins and minerals he needed and suggested products to address the need.
Julina also advised on areas not covered by the nutrigenetics test, such as eating habits and household products that could be impacting our health. She asked questions about my lifestyle so that she could make recommendations that were achievable and hence not discouraging.
